This is a client facing role with ownership of engineering deliverables. It involves hands-on technical/development work, and directly/indirectly managing a technical team.

Core Technical:

You have 6+ years of mobile development experience working on complex mobile apps, as this will have given you experience of changes in this area.

Your experience includes at least 2 years on Flutter development.

You have two or more significant iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore/Google Play or available on Github;

You should know how to use Adobe XD/Sketch/Figma to use the design file and use it to build the app.

You can swap hats between different projects and development modules(hybrid/native) supporting and developing new features/apps in a growing Mobile program

General Technical

You are proficient in using version control and continuous integration, with tools such as Git and Jenkins.

You don't leave things to chance: you write robust, defensible code and you really believe in the benefits of writing tests and high code coverage

You can quickly run POC's to demonstrate ideas from you or anyone in the team

You have working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies



Project Coordination/Management

You have a desire to work in a start-up environment, able to self-manage, work remotely and coordinate with a remote team

You thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing and delivery focused environment.

Your communication skills will lead your engagement with the team and the client

You'll be able to estimate your work and help the team members to estimate for them.

You can write requirements or high level project scope based on discussion with clients



Domain Specific

Good to have understanding of IOT domain

Good to have understanding of networking, WIFI, bluetooth, zigbee connectivity etc.
